TwinkleU - is an indy artist, Cris Law, teamed with a veteran producer Frank Rogala
(EXUDE, NC-17). The TwinkleU project was started with the goal to define
a sound that would showcase Law's rare countertenor voice and enable the
pair to create an entire album of "singles."
Rogala was nominated as Outstanding Producer
of the Year by
OutMusic
for his work on TwinkleU.
This soul searching journey of music making took nearly 7 years
of nights filled with discipline, creativity and consistent hard
work. Cris Law, a talented young multi-faceted professional classical
musician from Orange County, California, normally specializes in music
from Baroque, Renaissance and Medieval periods.
Law's day job is as a voice teacher, accompanist, and performer in all
genres and occasions.
This debut album has become Cris Law's expression of his
secret love for mainstream pop, and finding a lush pop setting for Law's
rare vocal tone is Rogala's masterstroke.
In this multi-genre debut album, you will find drama and
spirituality right from the first track Come To Me; the second
track Path Of Hope is a sincere
admission of sorrows and encouragement to those who suffer lost ones;
next we have a light hearted upbeat song Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
that just want to make you sing along with your friends.
